The leadership team currently has an active role in two other private golf communities, The Grove (College Grove, TN) and Boot Ranch (Fredericksburg, TX).

Mark’s professional strength and breadth of experience is in the development of residential communities throughout the real estate marketplace. He has a vast understanding for the needs of the client and true knowledge of the steps necessary for creating a service oriented lifestyle.
After beginning his career at a national accounting firm, Mark has spent the past 30+ years as a senior executive in the real estate industry. He has a long and successful history across multiple classes of real estate – including development, sales and marketing, and private club operations. In each of these areas, Mark has helped create exceptional returns for his partners throughout the various phases of the real estate investment cycle.
Over the last 25 years, Mark has been directly involved in creating and directing sales strategies for high-value, high-profile properties and communities in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. His involvement and management skills have led to over $2.5 billion in real estate sales.
Mark is a former partner at IMI Resort Sales and Traditions Management, LLC. In his executive capacity, he was instrumental in creating a diverse and successful project portfolio of high-end developments across America.
