How we came to be

The story of storied

Led by Mark Enderle and Mark Yarborough, Storied Development’s success is rooted in 30+ years of experience at more than 100 private club communities in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean. The team cut their teeth with sales and marketing success across a wide range of communities, including Silverleaf, Desert Mountain, the Ocean Club and the Residences of the Ritz Carlton.

It’s about the process

Success and notoriety came as a result of a structured sales process built on defined objectives. Enderle and Yarborough instilled this process into projects that were often struggling and were able to turn the tide and add value to generate impressive results.

OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS

The economic downturn in 2008 was an opportunity for the Storied team to develop new relationships with capital partners. With these relationships in place and dozens of lessons learned from other developers, opportunities to purchase distressed projects and apply their established process were plentiful and Storied Development was born.

Storied is currently developing successful private residential projects near Nashville, TN (The Grove), in Texas Hill Country (Boot Ranch) and in the skier's paradise of Park City, UT (Talisker Club). Each project initially offered its own challenges, and now, each project has healthy, profitable clubs that are well-integrated into their respective communities and has realized significant real estate value growth.
